2010 Shasta Dam Grand Prix - Round 4 of the AMA National Hare Scrambles

The Redding Dirt Riders are pleased to bring you our 31st annual Shasta Dam Grand Prix!

Join us as we host another epic event, this year is Round 4 of the AMA West Coast National Hare Scrambles series.

    Round 4 AMA West Coast Youth National Hare Scrambles
    Round 9 MSR D36 Cross Country Championship Series
    Round 9 Motion Pro D36 Youth Cross Country Series

Saturday's races include the youth, vintage and women's classes and Sunday we'll run the big boys and ladies.

When - April 17th and 18th, 2010. First races begin at 8 AM.
Where - Chappie-Shasta OHV Area, Shasta Lake, CA (click here for directions)

Shasta Dam crossing is open 6 AM - 10 PM daily. You'll need current license and registration to cross and will be subject to search. No weapons. Camping (dry) is available for $20 per night and is on a first-come, first-served basis. Other accommodations are available in the Redding area, though this event coincides with Redding's Cool April Nights and space may be limited.

Green or red stickers or out of state or license plate required. Tech inspection required on all entries including sound check.

Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by parent/guardian at signups. Same day trophies and finisher pins. T-shirts and food will be on sale both days.
